    I was once the same!


    Drinking too much, anti social behaviour, anger, always in a rush, fluctuating weight. Seeking constant validation from others,
    over exercising, under exercising, displaying obsessive behaviour,
    and having crazy outbursts.

    This is how it looked on the outside!

    Anxiety and sadness is what it really was on the inside. 

    This manifested into a feeling of not belonging.

    I battled with OCD and body dysmorphia for years upon years. 
    I was in continuous negative self-talk, drinking a lot.
    Trying to numb feelings of inadequacy and fear of the future.

    Enough was enough.

    I was determined as hell to sort myself out.

    I went to therapy, counselling, CBT. I read the whole of Amazon in self help books, I exercised all the time and tried mindfulness.

    These could take the edge off, but I was looking for a cure.

    Then my therapist suggested I try an alternative practice
    called kundalini and made me promise to stick to it for a whole month.

    I never went back to therapy.  My anxiety was gone!

    I mean, I thanked him, but I’d found my answer.

    Like magic I was feeling at home in my own skin and beginning
    to love myself again.

    I’ve since refined this into The Reconnection Method
    and I’m on a mission to share it with the whole world.
